一、活動目的:
本校護理系與菲律賓本格特州立大學共同參與線上交流課程（COIL programs），以線上跨國合作學習「Collaborative Online International Learning」模式讓台灣、菲律賓同學交流彼此經驗達到學習不同文化與知識，增進英文會話能力，通過小組討論的過程中培養團隊合作能力和領導力，並能有效利用適當的工具在同步與異步環境中實現目標。

全程使用英語交談並分組於不同教室，採視訊交流。
每組學生由本校學生與BSU學生各半組成
