Education and Research Interests

Dr. Ho received his D.D.S. in 1999 at the Chung-Shang Medical University, Taiwan. He completed his residency and periodontal training after three years in Chung-Shang Medical Center, Taiwan. He received his Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Periodontal and implant dentistry in 2002. During 2005-2006, he spent one year at Taichung Veterans General Hospital in Taiwan as an fellow of orthodontics. Then, he practiced in private dental clinic specialized in orthodontics and periodontics. Since 2017, he was studying for PHD and worked directly with Prof. Kao at Department of Orthodontics of Chung-Shan Medical Center. Meanwhile, he also participated in teaching of dental students in Chung-Shan Medical University as a lecturer of orthodontics.

Additional Information

In 2017, he became the President of Taiwan Association of Aligner Orthodontics and leaded the organization. Dr. Ho actively participates in clinical research and he has published articles in peer-reviewed journals. His main areas of interest include clear aligner technique of orthodontics and acceleration of tooth movement. He has lectured extensively on these topics for the past few years in Taiwan. Currently, Dr. Ho is the consultant of the TAAO and orthodontic visiting staff of CSMU hospital for years.
