本校應日本姊妹校東邦大學邀請參與線上交流課程（COIL programs），又稱「協作式線上跨國學習Collaborative Online International Learning」，本次活動有日本(Toho University)、台灣(CSMU)與泰國(Prince of Songkla University)等三地學生共同參與。
活動內容包含線上與實體，全程使用英語交談並分組，採視訊交流。每組學生由本校學生與PSU.TU學生共同組成，藉由跨國小組討論方式交流彼此經驗達到學習不同文化與知識，增進英文會話能力，培養團隊合作能力和領導力，並能有效利用適當的線上工具在同步與異步環境中實現目標。另外TU, PSU學生也會於線上活動結束後來到中山醫大，與本校同學進行4天的實體見面交流。
